If a publication isn't what you expected, email adam@pivotum.ai within 30 days and we'll refund you. You don't need to explain why.
We'd rather you had your money back than a document you don't value.
Digital delivery and your right to cancel. Our publications are delivered immediately as downloadable files. At checkout you confirm that you want delivery to begin straight away, and that you understand this means you lose any statutory right to cancel once download has begun.
That's a legal requirement for immediate digital delivery. Our own policy is more generous than the law requires.
How to request a refund. Email adam@pivotum.ai from the address you used to buy, within 30 days. Tell us what you bought. That's all we need.
How long it takes. We'll process it within three working days. Your bank or card provider may take a further five to ten days to show it.
What you keep. Nothing, in principle — the licence ends with the refund. In practice we don't have a way to retrieve a downloaded file and we're not going to pretend otherwise. We're trusting you to delete it.
Repeated requests. We reserve the right to decline refunds where someone repeatedly buys and refunds. This has never happened and we mention it only for completeness.
Files didn't arrive. Check spam first, then email us and we'll resend. This isn't a refund situation unless you'd rather it were.
Wrong publication delivered. Email us and we'll send the right one. No charge.
A file won't open. Email us. All our publications are standard PDFs and should open anywhere, but we'd like to know if they don't.
