These terms govern your use of the PivotAI service operated by Pivotum LLC (“we”, “us”, “our”), a US-registered limited liability company, at pivotum.ai. By purchasing or using our service, you agree to these terms in full.

If you do not agree with these terms, do not use the service or complete a purchase.

PivotAI provides a one-time career assessment service that generates a personalised Career Positioning Brief — a PDF report analysing your role’s AI resilience, automation exposure, and career repositioning options based on information you supply.

The service is intended for individuals aged 18 and over.

Payment is taken at the point of purchase via Stripe. Prices are displayed at checkout and may vary by currency and region.

Once payment is confirmed and you have completed the intake questionnaire, your brief will be generated and made available for download. Delivery is typically completed within a few minutes of submitting your intake.

If you experience a technical issue preventing delivery, contact us at support@pivotum.ai and we will resolve it promptly.

We stand behind the quality of every Career Positioning Brief. If you are not satisfied with your report for any reason, email us at support@pivotum.ai within 14 days of purchase and we will issue a full refund — no questions asked.

If your report was not delivered or was technically defective, contact us and we will either regenerate your brief or refund you in full, whichever you prefer.

The Career Positioning Brief is an analytical tool based on the information you provide and publicly available research. It is not professional career advice, legal advice, or financial advice.

We do not guarantee any specific employment outcome, salary change, promotion, or other career result from following the recommendations in your brief. The report provides directional analysis — actual outcomes depend on many factors outside our control.

The accuracy of the report depends directly on the accuracy and completeness of the information you provide during intake. We are not responsible for outputs based on inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading inputs.

All content, scoring models, frameworks, and methodology underlying PivotAI are the intellectual property of Pivotum LLC. The Career Positioning Brief generated for you is licensed for your personal use only.

You may not reproduce, redistribute, resell, or publish your brief or any part of it for commercial purposes without our prior written permission.

You agree not to:

• Provide false or misleading information during intake with the intent to manipulate outputs.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or replicate our scoring methodology or framework.
• Use the service in any way that violates applicable law.
• Resell or commercially exploit your brief or the service without our permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pivotum LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from your use of the service or reliance on the content of your brief.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with the service shall not exceed the amount you paid for your brief.

Our collection and use of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Delaware. If you are located outside the United States, you agree that any dispute will be governed by Delaware law and resolved in US courts.

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always available at pivotum.ai/terms. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
